Visit our hunting grounds!

Approximately 500,000 hectares of Croatia’s hunting grounds are located within protected areas – nature parks and national parks. By this, Croatia follows the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) recommendations, which recognize that professional wildlife management and sustainable hunting are integral to nature conservation.

A large portion of Croatian hunters maintain both an institutional and personal connection to the natural areas where their hunting grounds are located. Institutionally, hunters are legally obliged to manage biodiversity on their assigned lands responsibly and maintain healthy game populations in line with the habitat’s biological capacity.

On a personal level, most Croatian hunters come from rural backgrounds and are intimately familiar with every corner of their grounds, as well as the flora and fauna. They take pride in the healthy populations of game and well-preserved nature – results of their dedication and expertise.

The motivation behind their commitment extends far beyond hunting rights. It lies in the deep emotional connection people feel when immersed in nature.

We aim to channel this passion and knowledge to show you some of the wildest corners of Croatia and the wildlife that inhabits them.

We are confident you will experience the primal magic that hunters feel when surrendering to nature.
