Come and visit Croatian hunting grounds

Hunting in Europe’s largest oak forest brings us closer to the essence and the primal meaning of hunting.

A large part of the hunting community in Croatia is institutionally and emotionally closely connected to the natural environment in which their hunting grounds are located. The institutional aspect refers to the legal obligation of hunters to manage biodiversity in the areas entrusted to them in accordance with professionally prescribed standards and to maintain healthy wildlife populations at levels appropriate to the biological capacity of the habitat.

The emotional connection stems from the fact that most Croatian hunters come from rural backgrounds and are familiar with every corner and the specific characteristics of the flora and fauna of their hunting grounds. They take particular pride in being able to showcase numerous populations of healthy game and well-preserved nature—results of their effort, knowledge, and dedication.

The motivation for hunters to invest their time and effort is more complex than the right to harvest game and undoubtedly lies in the realm of emotions that captivate most people when they immerse themselves in nature.

For this reason, we have decided to harness their passion and knowledge to show you the wildest corners of Croatian nature and the wildlife that inhabits them.

We are confident that you will feel the primal magic experienced by hunters when they surrender themselves to nature.
